“Hamyary” program offers non-monetary support and limited need-based financial assistance to the members of the Iranian community in the Greater Boston area. The program is aimed at helping individuals or families who might be going through hardships caused by loss of job, sickness or other unforeseen circumstances, or might have just moved and need help or advice from other members of the community as they settle in Boston.
Applicants must reside within the Greater Boston area

When applying, applicants are encouraged to provide sufficient background information about their circumstances and the specific support they seek to receive. This preliminary information is required by the committee so they may review it, determine the next steps in the process, and ultimately determine if IAB can help with the requested non-financial support.
Note that applications are reviewed on case by case basis.
